If you are fostering a dog for a rescue, LOMA provides many services to the local animal shelter and rescue community at discounted costs. Most rescues pay for these services so foster parents do not have to pay for services directly. The foster will need to contact the rescue for them to approve training.

Contact or call us to schedule the assessment.

Step 1: Rescue Assessment, $80 (travel fees apply if outside our service area)

We operate within 25 miles of 5804 Babcock Road. If you live outside of our service area, there is a travel fee per visit. The breakdown is as follows: for 25-35 miles over, there is a $20 travel fee and for 35-45 miles over, there is a $40 travel fee.

All of our training for fosters starts with an Rescue Assessment, which is a 60-minute visit in your home that allows us to consult with you about your training goals, assess your foster dog's behavior, and determine the motivation for any negative behaviors you are seeing. We will address the fearfulness or aggressive behavior first, before focusing on obedience behaviors. Discover how long it will take to change aggression or fearfulness or just general unruliness.  Find out what type of training your foster dog needs.

Step 2: Rescue training sessions, $55 (travel fees apply if outside our service area)
